Shipping
Eligible products ship to US addresses accepted at checkout for $9.95 per order. International shipping is not currently offered. Fresh sea moss gels and juices are in-store only.
Proposed for approval — preparation and delivery
Orders are prepared within 2–3 business days excluding holidays. Carrier transit time is additional and varies by destination. Dates are estimates. Tracking is provided when available. Contact us promptly about incorrect addresses, delayed deliveries, or missing packages.
Proposed for approval — returns
Contact us within 14 days of delivery before returning an item. Unopened, unused products with original seals and packaging may qualify. Opened or used ingestible products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not exclude remedies for damaged, incorrect, defective, or otherwise legally protected claims. Wait for instructions before returning anything.
Proposed for approval — return shipping
Customers pay postage for approved change-of-mind returns; original shipping is not refunded. For incorrect or damaged items, we arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and necessary return postage without extra charge.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with order number, problem description, and photos when available. Keep packaging during review. This reporting request does not limit rights under applicable law.
Proposed for approval — refunds and cancellations
Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval or return inspection, as applicable. Your payment provider may require more time. Contact us promptly to cancel an order; we will confirm whether it shipped and available options.
