Service Description
Reserve Sonia Faye’s Botanicals for your private tea party, book signing, class or similar private event. One booking reserves the entire party for up to 20 guests. Private-event hours: Friday–Sunday, 6:00–7:30 PM (90 minutes), Central/Pensacola time. Total price: $125 for the entire party. Pay a $50 deposit online to confirm your reservation. The remaining $75 is due before the event; Valerie will coordinate collection. Pricing is per party, not per person. Your reservation is confirmed only after the deposit payment succeeds. Cancellation: Receive a full refund of the $50 deposit with at least 48 hours’ notice. The deposit is nonrefundable with less than 48 hours’ notice. Guests may order bakery items from the shop next door.
Cancellation Policy
One reservation is for the entire party, with a maximum of 20 guests. Private events run Friday–Sunday from 6:00–7:30 PM, Central/Pensacola time. The total is $125 per party: a $50 deposit paid online to confirm the reservation and a $75 balance due before the event. Valerie will coordinate collection of the balance. A reservation is confirmed only after the deposit payment succeeds. Cancellation: The full $50 deposit is refundable when you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice before the event start time. With less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit is nonrefundable. Contact Sonia Faye’s Botanicals to arrange an eligible refund or request a date change.
