Book your private birthday, holiday gathering, or special occasion at Sonia Faye’s Botanicals. Gather with friends and family in a welcoming space and enjoy herbal teas, juices, and delicious home-baked treats, ordered separately.
Private parties accommodate up to 20 guests for 90 minutes.
Available Friday–Sunday, 6:00–7:30 p.m. Central, subject to calendar availability.
The party reservation is $125: a $50 online deposit confirms your booking, with the remaining $75 due before the event.
Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled event for a full refund of your party booking payment.

Valerie Boyd is a Pensacola herbalist and owner of Sonia Faye’s Botanicals, a local wellness boutique offering handcrafted herbal tea blends, fresh sea moss gel and juices as well as more than 80 individual herbs in stock. Our goal is to make natural wellness approachable and affordable, whether you’re just beginning your herbal journey or already know exactly what you’re looking for.
Our flavored sea moss gels are made fresh in small batches and never frozen. We also offer refreshing sea moss drinks in a variety of flavors, along with herbal wellness products for everyday needs.

Honoring My
Aunt Sonia Faye
Sonia Faye’s Botanicals is named for my beautiful Aunt Sonia, a nurse in Alabama who loved herbs and cared deeply for the people around her.
As a little girl, I loved going along with her as she gathered plants and made herbal teas and oils. Her enthusiasm stayed with me. So did the love and care she shared with our family.
I created Sonia Faye’s Botanicals to honor her legacy and share my own love of herbal wellness with the Pensacola community. Today, I make handcrafted herbal blends and fresh sea moss products, and offer more than 80 individual herbs in the shop.
I want natural wellness to feel approachable and affordable. Whether you’re beginning your herbal journey or already know what you’re looking for, you’re welcome here.
